We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Customer Success Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Customer Success Engineer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients. Your main tasks will include consulting with clients to understand their needs, creating customized solutions, and providing advisory services. To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in engineering, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical people.
The most important is an autonomous person who is interested in working with a wide variety of projects that require different tools and technologies.

The most important for us is your interest in helping the clients by advising and building solutions for them and a big level of interest in learning everything that is needed for the role, since it will be a very dynamic one.

    Key responsibilities:
    – Consult with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
    – Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance.
    – Offer advisory services to help clients maximize their usage of our products.
    – Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any client issues.
    – Develop customized tools/features for individual clients that can later be implemented in the core
       product.

    Requirements:
    – Past experience in a variety of projects and consulting work
    – Strong engineering background with expertise.
    – Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
    – Preferable interest and/or experience with proxies/web scraping and some types of automation.
    – Great autonomy skills
    – Some degree of knowledge in data science/analysis

    This is a project with the final objective of hiring a Senior customer success engineer with a salary of up to 200k

A client wants to use our scraper API for a more complex use but doesn’t have development capabilities he needs us to complete this project for him.
Has the need to use a multiple of scraper APIs and use the results of some as input to others and also format and store the data.

2. A client is experiencing issues with the proxies they are getting some errors, but it’s working well with other providers proxies and our proxies are also working correctly.
How would you approach this situation?

3. We use ClickHouse to store our logs and then push them into both Metabase and Grafana. If we had to use alternative tools, which ones would you choose and why?
Also, what might be the reasons for using both tools?
