Manual Integration:
1. Okta Application Creation
2. User creation Based on Role & Organization(Super Admin, Admin, Case Manager)
3. Users List API Based on Role and Organization
4. Email Customizations(Ex: Registration, Activation, Deactivation)
Expected in within 5 Days or asap.

SSO Integration:
Allowing the users from different organizations(By using their logins) & providing approvals.
Users List API Based on Role and Organization – Need other API’s too if required.
Email Customizations(Ex: Registration, Activation, Deactivation)
     Do a POC for automation integration if everything goes well will go with project.

Note: Every API Should work as expected during our backend integration. support needed in case required.
