At this stage, we have a very basic Contacts manager screen, that allows to create, edit and delete a contact.
We would like to build a short business case for a full Contacts app that would integrate nicely with our app ecosystem.   

We need to answer questions such as
– Standalone application or part of our email app?
– What are the key features we need at launch, and what additional features will be included in the next major releases?
– What feature could help us differentiate from mainstream email apps and services (outlook, gmail, etc.)  
– Is there a specific user segment and related features that should be our priority (enterprise, individual users, power users, etc.)?
– Can we monetize this Contacts app, or make it so that it increases the value of our email ecosystem?

HOW YOU CAN HELP
We will do a 2 day project together, where the deliverable is a 5-10 page business case in English at the end of day 2.

Day 1: Open discussion and brainstorming about the above questions over zoom + chat. Research on competitors, trends, key features, innovations, etc.

Day 2: Put together ~5-10 slides (well presented, well formatted) with the key findings and ideas of Day 1.
The slides will include ~5 wireframes designed with Figma (or similar) that support the ideas and show the features.    

I’m based in Paris. Working language can be English or French and the final document will be in English. We will work together full-time over these 2 days: brainstorm, interact, exchange feedback, review Figma screens, review and edit slides, etc.
  
These 2 days need to happen between Monday July 15 and Thursday July 18.
