Hello Vyacheslav B., I’m Jesse, and I operate a pearl jewelry brand with my partner Lynn Yoon. We have a substantial number of agents in China who open stores on Xiaohongshu, WeChat, and Douyin to market and distribute our jewelry. We fulfill orders on their behalf through drop shipping. We’re now planning to expand our market overseas using a similar model of recruiting agents who will help us with drop shipping. Therefore, we need a system that can sync their Shopify order information so we can eliminate the need for group chats. After receiving orders, they should be able to place orders with us at the click of a button, and we will send the packages to the specified addresses.
Could you help us build such a platform, similar to Trendsi.com?
The main features should include:
Product Information Sync: This would allow your agents to publish product listings on their Shopify stores directly from the platform.
Order Synchronization and Fulfillment: When a customer places an order on an agent’s Shopify store, the order details would be automatically synced with your platform. Agents can then place orders with you directly through the platform, with integrated online payment capabilities.
Sales Tracking and Commission Calculation: The platform could track total sales by each agent under a particular KOL or dropshipping educator and calculate commissions based on these sales.
Currently, we only deal in jewelry, so there won’t be too many products. You only upload three products first, then we upload the rest ourselves.
We need front-end + back-end + Shopify App, and bilingual interface in Chinese and English.
