In need of an AI Bot to call leads that we receive via api to google sheet. Once the lead is answered and qualified connected with a live agent to take the call. The bot should be able to read the names on the sheet to address people by first name, leave messages as well.

We use FreePBX for our phone system not sure if integration is possible here.
