Do you have a proven track record of conducting conversion rate optimization audits, providing recommendations for improving growth and conversion on Shopify stores for high-growth eCommerce brands?

As the owner of an eCommerce Growth Agency we are seeking applications from skilled CRO Specialists (with specialism in Shopify or eCommerce) to support with our client projects. We are looking for specialists who can work remotely, collaborating with us to develop and implement strategies that skyrocket conversion rates for our Shopify clients.

What will make you stand out as an ideal candidate:

1. Conduct in-depth Shopify store audits to identify conversion roadblocks and to provide recommendations on CRO tactics, apps, functionalities to boost sales conversions.

2. Utilize A/B testing, heatmaps, user recordings, and other CRO techniques to understand user behavior.

3 Analyze data and user feedback to pinpoint areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions.

4. Develop and implement CRO strategies to optimize landing pages, product pages, checkout flows, and more.

5. Collaborate with designers to enhance user experience (UX) and ensure web design aligns with best practices.

6. Generate reports on key conversion metrics and communicate findings to stakeholders.

7. Document recommendations for future optimization efforts.

What your skills and experience should include:
* Proven experience as a CRO Specialist with a focus on Shopify eCommerce.
* Experience optimizing conversion rates for 6 & 7 figure Shopify brands.
* Strong understanding of CRO principles and  testing methodologies.
* Proficiency in CRO tools
* Excellent analytical and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Fluent in English

Bonus Points for:
* Experience with Shopify apps and integrations.
* Familiarity with Liquid code, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
* Knowledge of SEO best practices.
* Knowledge of Digital Marketing strategies & tactics such as email marketing, Meta ads & Google Ads.
