About the App
Our scheduling app allows users to post shifts for work and enables contractors to apply for these shifts. The app’s functionalities include:

Shift Application: Contractors can view available shifts and apply for them directly through the app.

Responsibilities
Porting and Development: Convert the existing C#/.NET app to FlutterFlow, ensuring all functionalities are maintained or enhanced.
Component Integration: Ensure seamless integration of web, iOS, and Android components.
Performance Optimization: Optimize the app for performance and ensure a smooth user experience across all platforms.
Bug Fixing and Testing: Identify and resolve any issues or bugs that arise during the porting process. Conduct thorough testing to ensure stability and reliability.
Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with our team to understand requirements, provide updates, and incorporate feedback.
Requirements
Experience: Proven experience in FlutterFlow development, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
Skills: Proficiency in Flutter, Dart, and relevant technologies for cross-platform app development.
Understanding of C#/.NET: Familiarity with C#/.NET to effectively port existing functionalities.
UI/UX: Strong understanding of modern UI/UX principles and the ability to implement them in the app.
Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently to overcome challenges.
Communication: Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with our team.
Work Hours and Compensation
Full-Time Commitment: We require someone who can dedicate at least 8 hours a day to this project.
Milestone-Based Payment: The job will be milestone-based, with specific goals and deliverables defined for each milestone.
We are generous to contractors that move efficiently and offer bonuses in excess of 100% for excellent, quick work. We are losing business by this delay and you will be significantly rewarded if we can get this app launched asap. Our intimate knowledge of the FlutterFlow platform will create fair expectations for milestones, and excellent work will be recognized.
More hours for maintenance of the app after launch is likely.
