Responsibilities:

-Ensure Code Quality: Maintain high standards of coding practices and implement best practices.
-Architectural Decisions: Make key decisions about software architecture and design patterns.
-Solve Complex Problems: Address and resolve complex technical challenges.
-Mentor Team Members: Guide and support development team to foster their growth.
-Task Allocation: Distribute tasks based on team members’ skills and experience (in collaboration with our Scrum Master).
-Participate in Development: Engage in coding, code reviews, and prototyping.

Must Have Experience With:

-AWS suite (CodeBuild, ECR, Lambda, etc)
-API development & integrations
-Development of web apps & mobile apps

Qualifications:

-Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience as a Senior Backend Developer and/or Team Lead.
-Strong Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of backend & frontend languages, best practices for clean code, and AWS suite.
-Problem Solver: Ability to address and solve complex technical problems efficiently.
-Leadership Abilities: Experience mentoring and guiding team members.
-Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
-Collaborative: Ability to work well with cross-functional teams

Hourly Range: $15.00-$33.00
