As a web designer, your primary responsibility will be to revamp our website using a Figma design as a basis. You will collaborate closely with our development team to seamlessly integrate the redesigned website with Webflow. The ultimate objective is to create a visually stunning and user-friendly website that not only captivates our visitors but also drives conversions.

To excel in this role, you must possess a deep understanding of UI/UX principles and have a proven track record of creating designs that align seamlessly with a brand’s identity. Your creative vision and ability to think outside the box will be crucial in transforming our website into a modern and visually appealing platform.

Key tasks and responsibilities will include:

1. Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into design concepts.
2. Creating wireframes and mockups that effectively communicate design ideas and user flows.
3. Developing a comprehensive design strategy that encompasses both aesthetics and functionality.
4. Implementing the approved design into Webflow, ensuring a seamless transition from design to development.
5. Conducting thorough usability testing and making necessary design modifications to improve user experience.
6. Collaborating with the development team to ensure the successful implementation of the redesigned website.
7. Staying up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance our website’s aesthetic appeal and functionality.
8. Ensure that the content developed in Figma follows the best standard practices for ensuring optimal, configuration, and experience within Webflow

The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in web design, specifically in redesign projects. Proficiency in Figma and Webflow is essential, as you will be using these tools extensively throughout the project.
