Responsibilities:
Integration Setup:
-Integrate WP Forms (or a comparable tool) into our existing website.
-Create a Zap in Zapier to transfer form submission data from WP Forms to our CRM (GetJobber.com).
-Ensure that the same data is sent back to Facebook through the Pixel to keep it updated.
-Google Analytics Integration:
-Set up a Google Tag Manager pixel to capture data.
-Create a Zap to transfer data from Google Analytics to our CRM.
-Ensure that the data flows back to Facebook through the Pixel for accurate tracking.
Configuration and Testing:
-Verify that the Facebook Pixel and Conversion API are set up correctly using Zapier and WP Forms for comprehensive tracking.
-Ensure that Google Tag Manager and G4 Analytics are configured for accurate data capture and reporting.
-Test the entire flow to ensure data is being captured, transferred, and updated correctly.
Documentation and Training:
-Provide a detailed workflow of the integration process.
-Walk us through the setup and workflow for approval.
-Implement the approved setup and provide documentation for future reference.
Requirements:
-Proven experience with WP Forms or similar tools.
-Proficiency in using Zapier for automation and data integration.
-Strong understanding of Facebook Pixel and Conversion API.
-Experience with Google Tag Manager and G4 Analytics.
-Familiarity with CRM systems, especially GetJobber.com.
-Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to communicate clearly and provide training on the setup.
