Role Overview:
We are looking for a talented Web Designer with a strong focus on UI/UX design and proficient Java skills. This role involves creating engaging, intuitive, and visually stunning web interfaces while ensuring seamless integration with our Java-based backend systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement user interfaces that are visually appealing, intuitive, and functional.
Collaborate with developers to integrate designs with Java-based applications using GWT, Spring and Hibernate.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve designs.
Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts.
Ensure consistent branding and design standards across all web applications.
Optimize web design for maximum speed and scalability.
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Web Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design skills.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
Solid understanding of Java and experience building UIs with Java.
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Excellent visual design skills with an eye for detail and a good understanding of typography, color, and layout.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles.
Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
