Description:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable WordPress developer to join our team for long-term collaboration. You will be responsible for debugging, updating our website based on designs from Figma, and providing maintenance when issues arise. Communication will be handled through Slack, where tasks will be assigned, and we will require time estimates for each task.

Responsibilities:

Debug and resolve issues on our WordPress website.
Update and implement designs from Figma to the live site.
Perform regular maintenance and updates to ensure website functionality.
Provide timely estimates for tasks and communicate progress effectively.
Collaborate with our team via Slack for task assignments and updates.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a WordPress developer with a strong portfolio of past projects.
Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
Experience with Figma and the ability to translate designs into functional websites.
Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide clear time estimates.
Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with popular WordPress plugins and themes.
Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

Work Environment:

Communication and task assignments will be conducted via Slack.
Tasks will be assigned as needed, with clear expectations and deadlines.
Regular check-ins and updates are expected to ensure alignment and progress.
Flexibility to work on tasks on an as-needed basis, with the potential for more consistent work as our needs grow.
