Job Description:
Small Biz Acquisitions is seeking an experienced Go High Level (GHL) Back-End Expert to manage and optimize our CRM and marketing automation systems. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience with GHL, specializing in automations, funnels, SMS marketing automation, email automations, and triggers. This role requires a highly skilled professional who can handle all backend aspects of GHL to streamline our marketing efforts and improve our customer relationship management.

The position is project-based, so we would communicate the tasks that need to be completed and the problems that need to be solved, and you would inform us of the total number of hours the project would require. We work from 9 AM to 6 PM US Central Time. It is very important that you have availability during these hours for both the projects and any future calls/video calls.

Key Responsibilities:
   – Design, implement, and optimize marketing automation workflows within GHL.
   – Develop triggers and actions to automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.
   – Optimize sales and marketing funnels to drive lead generation and conversions.
   – Set up and manage email and SMS marketing campaigns, including segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing.
   – Implement conditional logic to create sophisticated workflows that cater to different customer journeys.
   – Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to triggers and workflows.
   – Support us with any issues that arise

Required Qualifications:
– Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Go High Level (GHL).
– Skills:
  – Proficiency in creating and managing automations, funnels, email and SMS marketing campaigns, and triggers within GHL.
  – Strong understanding of marketing automation best practices and CRM management.
  – Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  – Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with integration tools and platforms that work with GHL.
