Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Webflow Developer who can deliver work on par with the standards set by Awwwards. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, an understanding of UX/UI principles, and the technical expertise to bring complex designs to life on the Webflow platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Adding lottie asset to main page emulating reference
Webflow Development: Build, maintain, and optimize visually stunning websites using Webflow.
Asset Integration: Add specific assets to landing pages as directed, ensuring they align with our brand and client expectations.
Testimonials Section: Collaborate with our team to reimagine and redesign the testimonials section, providing your expert opinion and suggestions for improvement when needed.
Collaboration: Work closely with our lead designer and project manager, following their guidance and vision to ensure consistency and excellence in all projects.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all web designs are fully responsive, optimized for speed, and meet the highest standards of usability and accessibility.
Innovation: Stay updated with the latest web design trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve the quality and effectiveness of our web projects.
Requirements:
Experience: Proven experience as a Webflow Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on high-caliber projects.
Skills: Proficiency in Webflow, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Strong understanding of responsive design principles.
Attention to Detail: Keen eye for design, with the ability to implement pixel-perfect web designs.
Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and feedback.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Hourly Range: $12.00-$24.00
