Key Responsibilities:
– Lead the migration efforts to Amazon Messaging Queue (AMQ) ensuring seamless transition and minimal disruption to services.
– Strategically plan and execute the decommissioning of AWS EC2 instances to achieve cost efficiency.
– Analyze and implement cluster resizing strategies to optimize resource utilization and reduce costs.
– Oversee the consolidation of QA clusters to streamline operations and achieve cost savings.
– Utilize RabbitMQ as the platform framework for various messaging and streaming tasks.
– Implement and manage infrastructure as code using AWS Terraform to ensure consistent and reliable deployments.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with business objectives.
Required Qualifications:
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering or a related field.
– Strong expertise in AWS Terraform is mandatory.
– Experience with Amazon Messaging Queue (AMQ) and RabbitMQ is essential.
Nice to Have Qualifications:
– Knowledge of Kafka and Confluent is a plus.
– Proven experience in cloud migration, cost optimization, and infrastructure management.
