Front-End Development:
Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces using Webflow or equivalent.
Implement user authentication and account management features.
Develop customer and dealership portals with dashboard views and detailed order management screens.
Back-End Development:
Integrate with third-party APIs for car listings, customer data, and dealership information.
Develop a robust order management system that handles user actions from vehicle selection to purchase completion.
Implement a secure payment system using Stripe for deposits and final payments.
API Integration:
Connect to dealership APIs to fetch vehicle listings and dealership data.
Integrate with Autoplay auto for lead management and data synchronization.
Work with UDC finance for prequalification and financing options.
Database Management:
Design and implement a scalable database using Firebase, Airtable, or AWS. (Open to the way it can be built).
Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards.
User Experience:
Figma files for the design will be provided. There is a brand adherence and the a journey with the actual design files will be provided. There may be some customisation of design required.
Develop intuitive user flows for selecting vehicles, configuring options, and processing orders.
Create a seamless finance application journey with pre-qualification steps.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain documentation of the system architecture and API integrations. High level so it can be passed on.
Report progress regularly using a task board (Kanban style) and provide updates to stakeholders. Focus is on delivering and shipping code but a WIP will need to be provided for the week etc on a Kanban board.
Admin Portal:
Build an admin portal for managing users, orders, and dealership accounts.
Implement features for viewing all orders, managing payment integrations, and setting order deposits.
Testing and Quality Assurance:
Conduct thorough testing of all system components to ensure functionality and performance.
Implement automated testing where possible to streamline the QA process.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the design team to ensure the visual and functional aspects of the platform are aligned.
Coordinate with the client’s finance partner and other third-party services to ensure smooth integration.
Deployment and Maintenance:
Deploy the platform to a production environment and ensure ongoing maintenance and support.
Implement monitoring and logging to track system performance and troubleshoot issues.

The project aims to develop an eCommerce platform for Automotive brand to facilitate car sales across its dealership network. The platform will allow customers to browse and select vehicles based on their proximity, configure vehicle options, and proceed with purchase through financing or direct payment. The system will include user and dealership portals, an admin panel for managing orders and users, and integration with various third-party APIs for vehicle listings, customer data, and lead management. The development team will work with technologies such as Webflow, Firebase, Airtable, and AWS to build a scalable and secure solution.
