We are seeking a skilled WordPress developer to create a robust and user-friendly Survey Manager plugin similar to FluentCRM. The plugin will enable businesses to create, manage, and send personalized email campaigns with integrated survey forms. FluentCRM is the closest thing to what we need, the only difference is that clients or companies type users can be created, who can manage their own contact lists independently and can only see their own information.

User Roles:

Super Admin:

-Create and manage companies.
-Assign plans and validity to companies (monthly, semi-annual, annual).
-View list of companies with information and contact segmentation.
-Create personalized email campaigns with survey-type forms.
-Assign campaigns to companies according to their plan.
-View reports of campaigns and surveys with responses received.
-Manage company users and assign permissions.

Company/Client:

-Complete company profile (name, ID, logo, phone, etc.).
-Create and manage contact lists with segmentations (Company only can see its own contact lists, segments).
-Bulk upload contact lists (CSV/Excel).
-View the number of active campaigns and their validity.
-Access reports of campaigns and surveys with responses received.

Plugin Development:

Create the plugin’s basic structure:

Define the main plugin files and folders.
Create PHP files for the main classes (Roles, Companies, Contact Lists, Campaigns, Surveys, Reports).
Establish the connection with the WordPress database.
Implement user roles:

Create custom roles for "Super Admin" and "Company/Client".
Assign capabilities and permissions to each role.
Restrict access to administration pages based on role.
Develop the administration panel:

Create custom pages for each role (Super Admin, Company/Client).
