We are seeking a skilled API Integration Developer on a project basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for integrating our Voice AI Agent with various calendar programs such as Google Calendar and other client-specific calendar applications, as well as making content entries in different CRM systems according to client needs. This role requires a strong understanding of API development and a proven track record in managing integrations effectively.

Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain API integrations between our Voice AI Agent and various calendar applications, including but not limited to Google Calendar.
Configure and adapt integrations to work seamlessly with different CRM systems, ensuring accurate data flow and functionality.
Collaborate with our IT team and external clients to define integration requirements and customize solutions as per client specifications.
Ensure all integrations meet security standards and comply with relevant data protection regulations.
Document all integration processes and maintain a comprehensive log of all actions and modifications.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to API integrations, providing timely and effective support.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in API development and integration, with specific experience in linking AI technologies to third-party applications.
Strong understanding of calendar management systems, particularly Google Calendar, and experience with CRM software.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under minimal supervision.
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
Knowledge of web development languages such as JavaScript, Python, or similar.
Familiarity with security protocols, data encryption, and privacy considerations in API integrations.
