This innovative system will be integral to our Kanban system, ensuring efficient inventory management in our warehouse.

• Create a Google Sheet or Excel Sheet that generates a unique QR code for each product line automatically.
• Ensure that new product details added to the spreadsheet will trigger the creation of a corresponding QR code.
• Integrate the QR codes with our Kanban Cards for easy scanning in the warehouse.
• Develop a user-friendly process where warehouse personnel can scan the QR code when stock is low, leading to a webpage with pre-filled product details for quick submission.
• Implement a notification system to alert the purchasing officer once a reordering request is submitted.
