1. Design, develop, and implement funnel chatbot for Woocommerce, Chat GPT, and Whatsapp integration.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new chatbot features.
3. Developing and maintaining chatbots to improve user interaction and engagement.
4. Using AI and machine learning to develop advanced chatbot functionalities.
5. Develop scalable and robust architecture for chatbot services.
6. Test, debug, and improve the chatbot’s capability to handle user queries more efficiently.
7. Monitor the performance of the chatbot and make necessary adjustments for smoother operations.
8. Work closely with the software engineering team to integrate chatbot with the organization’s system.
9. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to chatbots, and implement them for organizational benefit.
10. Address and resolve technical issues in a timely and effective manner.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in developing and implementing chatbots, preferably for Woocommerce and Whatsapp integration.
3. Strong knowledge of AI, machine learning and Chat GPT.
4. Expertise in using chatbot development platforms and tools.
5. Strong programming skills and understanding of software development principles.
6. Excellent problem-solving capabilities and debugging skills.
7. Attention to detail and good communication skills.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment.

Hourly Range: $10.00-$20.00
