Hello! I am a popular nurse educator in the United States and I’m looking for someone to help me to develop an online exam that simulates a real online nursing exam. The test questions have already been written and include text with a few images. The test is 100 questions. I will also need the test to be scored at the end along with all the rationales provided.

I have currently been using google forms, which has been very good. However, I need a format that looks different than what google forms offers. Here is an example of the format I need: https://www.uworld.com/courseapp/nursing/v13/demo/testinterface/launchtest/13/275072029/2/1

The look of the test that I have provided in the above link is not specific to that company, so there are no issues with copyrights.

You do not need to have any experience in nursing/medical since I only need someone to simulate the exact look of the test that students will see when taking the official exam. I also need to be able to be able to easily edit any of the test questions, answers and rationales.

I am aware that exam software has already been developed. However, I would prefer that something be made specifically for my company that I can use. But I am open to either option.
