We are looking for a skilled front-end developer with a strong design sense to redesign our landing page and multi-step form. The goal is to create a user experience that is both visually appealing and easy to use, while aligning perfectly with our brand.

Responsibilities:

1. Design & Development:
   * Utilize Figma (or your preferred design tool) and our brand guidelines to create visually compelling and user-friendly designs for both the landing page and form.
   * Translate your designs into polished, responsive web pages using React and Next.js, prioritizing performance and user engagement.
2. Component Integration: Update our current React/Next.js components to seamlessly integrate with the new design, ensuring code quality and reusability.

Qualifications:

* Strong Proficiency in React and Next.js: Demonstrate experience building robust web applications with these frameworks.
* Design Expertise: Possess a keen eye for visual aesthetics and user experience (UX) design principles. Experience with Figma (or similar) is preferred.
* CSS Mastery: Deep understanding of CSS, including responsive design techniques and frameworks like Tailwind CSS or Styled Components.
* Version Control: Experience using Git for project management and collaboration.
* Detail-Oriented: Committed to delivering pixel-perfect implementations.
* Autonomous Worker: Able to manage your own workflow and communicate design decisions effectively.

Hourly Range: $15.00-$35.00
