Sitelink is storage management software. Currently we use Sitelink’s system to get customers details and move them in. This sends a e-sign email to them. I want to make the system easier, like this.

Version – phone sales
1. Staff input details of customers onto platform (all details as required in Sitelink currently)

2. Once collected, staff send SMS directly to mobile phone of customer

3. Customer clicks link in mobile phone and this brings up a web page which shows
– Storage unit size, details, location, price etc
– All their details as provided on the phone (editable if incorrect)
– Accept terms and conditions of insurance
– Accept terms and conditions of Storage
– Add credit card details to make payment

4. Once submitted, this moves in the customer on Sitelink automatically

5. This sends a Welcome email with all details inputted

6. Finished

Hourly Range: $30.00-$60.00
