Role Requirements:
– Proficiency in Zapier and/or Make.com:You should have extensive experience in building and managing automation workflows using Zapier or Make.com.
– Experience with Consulting Firms: Prior experience working with consulting firms and understanding their workflow needs is a plus.
– Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify workflow inefficiencies and create effective automation solutions.
– Technical Skills: Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and other integration tools.
– Communication: Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients.
– Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and Implement Automations: Create and implement automation workflows tailored to the needs of consulting firms.
– Client Interaction: Work directly with clients to understand their requirements and provide solutions.
– Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve any issues that arise in the automation processes.
– Continuous Improvement: Continuously improve and optimize existing automations.
– Documentation: Maintain clear and detailed documentation for all automations and processes.
