https://www.trustedstake.ai/ aims to create a trustless staking service within the https://bittensor.org/ ecosystem, optimizing staking returns for users by leveraging the Substrate proxy pallet and KPIs. You will be joining a team of experienced Web3 and Full-Stack Devs already familiar with the Bittensor blockchain. You will need to be able to learn the core functionalities of Bittensor and how to integrate with its proxy pallet, wallets, and staking mechanism. Learning about the ecosystem, we will mentor and guide you through this process.  We would love to discuss contracting and budget.

Team Objectives:
1. Trustless Staking Service:
– By leveraging the Proxy Pallet, develop a secure, user-friendly application where users can delegate hotkey permissions to TrustedStake. Implement secure mechanisms to manage permissions and prevent unauthorized actions.
2. Automated Subnet Token Management:
– Implement an automation to dynamically select/score subnet tokens for staking based on a weighted system using (our predefined) KPIs, token pool metrics, and human verification.
– Using an archival node and indexer, track the percentage of each user’s stake in subnet tokens and manage rewards accordingly.
3. User Interface:
   – Design a user-friendly staking portal/dashboard for delegating permissions, tracking stakes, and managing rewards.
   – Provide real-time performance data and transparent tracking of staking operations.
