I am looking for Unreal Engine 5 experts to build a third person open world role playing game based on an action cartoon show from the 90s.

The main platform will be PC and smaller games for mobile and tablet can be derived from the main PC game.

The core features of gameplay willl include the following :

1. Free Roam (Run, Vehicle, Flight)
2. Weapons ( Melee, Range, Flight)
3. Enemy NPCs
4. Vehicles ( car, bike, chopper and plane)
5. Open world

You will be provided with a reference and asked to estimate the effort and lead time for development.
