We need a real estate website with a dashboard panel and front-ent features.

We will provide a Figma design system and HTML export for the front-end and back-end designs and you will work with a designers to make the process easier.

For Employees
– Portfolio management
– Expose (Management of information brochures, etc.)
– Call management (Can be synchronized with APIs like Bitrix or can be within the crm system)
– Visit management
– New Sell & Rent request management
For Homeowners
– Portfolio management
– Call management (How many people, when they called, the status of the call)
– Visit management (How many people, when they visited, the status of the visit)

FRONTEND
– I want to Sell, I want to Rent
– Online step-by-step form (Like in Engel Volkers, a popup with address, information, and finally contact details, where membership can also be created)
– Document upload, SMS verification
– Listings
– Static pages
– Blog

DESIRED FEATURES
– Each portfolio will be matched with an employee, i.e., an expert.
– Portfolio pages should have auto-generated PDF information download, request a call, and plan a visit options.
– To perform these actions, the visitor’s name, surname, phone, and email should be collected and entered into the system, and automatic mail setups like Mailchimp should be triggered.
– There should be a Watchlist (Add to favorites) without requiring membership.
– All actions should be suitable for communication with Bitrix, Airtable, etc.
– There is no need for a panel for visitors (buyers, renters) other than the property owner.
