Project Overview:
We’re seeking a skilled full-stack developer to create an accessible chat application with basic functionality and WordPress integration. The project includes developing a standalone chat application and a WordPress plugin for seamless integration.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop a real-time chat application with accessibility features
2. Create a WordPress plugin to integrate the chat functionality
3. Implement user authentication, including WordPress user integration
4. Develop moderation features (message deletion, user removal)
5. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design
6. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
7. Collaborate with UI/UX designer to implement accessible interface
8. Perform testing and bug fixes

Required Skills:
– Proficient in full-stack web development (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Node.js)
– Experience with real-time communication protocols (WebSockets, Socket.IO)
– Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue.js, or Angular)
– Strong knowledge of WordPress plugin development
– Proficiency with MySQL database management
– Experience integrating Node.js applications with MySQL
– Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
– Familiarity with version control systems (Git)

Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience with chat application development
– Knowledge of JWT for authentication
– Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure)
– Understanding of scalable architecture design
– Experience with WordPress multisite environments

Project Duration:
10-14 weeks
