I need a web portal + iframe widget (front + back-end) where artists can submit their songs to. We are a music label and get 1000 demo’s per day.

We want a place where they can fill in a form and send us the music. We receive it in the backend on a server website and can download it.

Also need to accept the demo or decline the demo. If we decline, there needs to be an automated email send to the artist.
