We have an existing Web Application design written in React and want to do two main things:
(1) Update React App so that it can be built upon and modified. It was originally written in 2018. Updating may include the following items:
* Upgrade Libraries (react modules); dependency resolution
* Upgrade page router from Switch (deprecated) to a current library
* Replace libraries that are no longer available.
* Update modules to be functional components rather than Class Components
* Convert modules to use React Hooks

(2) Adding Functionality: Make UX/UI modifications to certain pages in the design. The Web Application is a data product which presents data on companies in an organized way on the screen that comes from our proprietary API. We are looking for someone with significant experience in:
   * Designing UX/UI modifications
   * Implementing modifications in React
   * Integrating and testing with an API
   * Good coding style and use of github
   * Delivering working result
