*Collaborate with the team to implement new features and enhancements.
Server Management:
*Choose and configure ideal server settings and web hosting environments.
*Manage WHM and cPanel to maintain server health.
*Monitor server performance, address errors, and manage malware protection.
Website Updates and Maintenance:
*Perform routine updates to WordPress sites, ensuring compatibility and security.
*Maintain optimal site speed and ensure high performance on performance testing tools.
Customer Support Interaction:
*Occasionally liaise with customer support to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
*Provide technical support to internal teams and clients as needed.
Website and Landing Page Creation:
*Design and develop new WordPress sites, landing pages, and microsites as required.
*Ensure all new sites and pages are optimized for performance and user experience.
Performance Optimization:
*Implement best practices to maintain high site speed and performance.
*Continuously monitor site performance and make necessary adjustments to improve load times and overall user experience.
Miscellaneous Tasks:
*Handle any other tasks related to web development and server management as assigned.
*Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure we remain at the forefront of web development best practices.
Qualifications:
*Proven experience as a WordPress Developer with a portfolio of work.
*Strong experience with WooCommerce and custom plugin development.
*Proficient in managing WHM, cPanel, and Linux servers.
*Solid understanding of web hosting environments and server configurations.
*Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.
*Experience with website performance optimization tools and techniques.
*Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
*Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
*Ability to occasionally work outside standard business hours to address urgent issues.
Preferred Qualifications:
*Experience with additional web development frameworks and languages.
*Familiarity with SEO best practices.
