We have tried Zoom, Voipline, Aircall, Skype and other platforms and our issue is that they either don’t meet our simple needs, too complex or very costly.
PROJECT
Our Project scope is this.
1) Australian main number displayed for all Softphone Users
2) Softphone for all users/our staff
3) ability to setup our own call flows
4) setup VM on each Softphone extension
5) Softphone connects to Hubspot
6) Call recording and saved in Hubspot
7) use our existing Twilio account
8) Ability to send SMS to our client
9) Ability for client to send SMS to us and appear on Softphone
10) Softphone POPS UP on screen when incoming call.
11) Receptionist able to DIVERT calls easily to a List of our Staff and can see if:
a) Available
b) Busy or
c) Away
12) option Single Sign On link to MS365 this is an OPTION but not necessary. But we assume Users will have to login to the Softphone.
