**Position Overview:**
We are looking for a versatile professional with a strong background in UX/UI design, product management, and quality assurance. This individual will play a critical role in shaping our product roadmap, collaborating closely with our UI designer, Sima, and ensuring that our final products meet the highest standards of quality and user experience.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– **Product Roadmap Development:** Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize features, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
– **UX/UI Design:** Design user interfaces and experiences with a strong sense of modern design aesthetics. Work alongside Sima to create and refine Figma designs.
– **Quality Assurance:** Conduct thorough testing and QA of final outputs to ensure they meet design specifications and quality standards.
– **Cross-functional Collaboration:** Work closely with developers, designers, and other team members to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of features.
– **User Research:** Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs for continuous improvement.
**Qualifications:**
– Proven experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing modern design aesthetics.
– Solid understanding of product management principles and experience in developing product roadmaps.
– Experience in quality assurance and testing, with a keen eye for detail.
– Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
– Ability to provide constructive feedback and guidance to junior designers.
– Familiarity with Figma and other design tools.
– Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
