The first is a shipping quote plugin to send data to our shipping vendor and receive a shipping quote in return.  The vendor has an established API.

The second plugin is needed to handle Florida county taxes.  When a customer adds a Florida address the plugin would present a dropdown asking for the county.  We would then potentially mimic the hikashop country/state zone setup to assign tax zones by county.  We would also need to handle a maximum tax cap that applies to the Florida county tax.

Hourly Range: $10.00-$25.00
