I want to create a new page on my WordPress website:
There will be a number of short summaries on the page. Hovering over the summary will bring up a box with a little more info. There will be a “Request More Info” button under the summary. When the client clicks that it will open a fillable form (with fields) for client to fill in:
Fields:
“Request information”
Name / phone / email (fill in fields)
Preferred method of contact (fill in field)
Territory / State / region of interest
Total amount available for franchise investment $(fill in field)
– And some more TBD later
In each contact form there will be a “Request More Info” or similar button after the info fields are filled. When a client clicks that button to send it it will go to a link I determine – it is different for each business. When the link arrives at the URL it will include the form the client filled in, as well as my company information and other text that I will determine, which won’t be seen by the client when they are filling in the form. It will only be seen by the person receiving the form (where the link URL goes).
I think I will need a simple dashboard or similar to manage this.
I would prefer to be given the code and simple instructions on how to enter it in WordPress vs. granting admin rights to somebody if possible.
Thank you. I look forward to working with you.
