Ability to translate business requirements to well-architected solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Online platform

Support the Business team to design and build an appropriate solution approach within D365 model-driven app

Support the test team to build testing scenarios and respond to questions regarding changes or work applied during sprint work

Support the Deployment team to resolve problems for a successful solution deployment at the end of releases

Know when to use OOB features in Dynamic 365 and when it is appropriate to use custom development.

Ability to provide solutions for problems related to D365 for business and technical teams

Able to think independently, be self-managed and be solution driven

Skills:
Technical skills in MS Dynamics 365 with the online environment
Experience in Power Automate, Business Rules, Custom Workflow, Plugins, Form Customization, custom controls, and CRM Administration
Experience with Model-driven Power Apps
Hands-on experience in JavaScript and CRM SDK
Familiar with XrmToolBox tools
Familiar with devops(Azure) and solution deployment
Familiar with D365 solution component management and deployment
Handling functional and technical analysis for existing and future development
Experience with production triaging and support.
