-We are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to join our team and create wireframes and a prototype for a mobile CRM app we are developing. This app aims to streamline communication between sales associates (SAs) and clients through a robust chat feature, allow mass texting with attachments on a one-to-one basis, and facilitate client grouping based on user-defined criteria.
Responsibilities:
-Collaborate closely with our team to understand project requirements and user needs.
-Design intuitive and user-friendly wireframes and prototypes for the mobile CRM app’s MVP (Minimum Viable Product).
-Create interactive prototypes to demonstrate key functionalities including:
-Robust chat feature for real-time communication between SAs and clients.
-Ability to send mass text messages with attachments on a one-to-one basis.
-Client grouping and segmentation based on user-defined categories.
-Iterate on designs based on feedback and usability testing to ensure optimal user experience.
-Prepare design specifications and documentation for handover to the development team.
Requirements:
-Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role with a portfolio showcasing wireframes and prototypes for mobile applications.
-Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or equivalent.
-Understanding of mobile app design principles, user interface guidelines, and best practices.
-Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive and functional designs.
-Strong communication skills.
Nice to have:
-Experience designing interfaces for messaging/chat applications.
-Familiarity with designing applications with SMS integration and attachment handling.
-Knowledge of usability testing methodologies and tools.

Hourly Range: $10.00-$30.00
