These stores will offer a catalog of approximately 50 products each, designed to be accessible only by our company’s employees through stored user accounts. To maintain exclusivity and privacy, the stores will not be indexed by search engines like Google.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop Two Shopify Stores: Build and customize two Shopify stores, each catering to a different country, with approximately 50 products per store.
User Account Management: Ensure access is restricted to internal staff through stored user accounts.
Non-Public Indexing: Implement measures to prevent the stores from being indexed by search engines.
Payment Options: Integrate cash payments via MercadoPago and a points system for purchasing products.
Currency Adaptation: Adapt each store to the local currency of the respective country.
IP Tracking and Redirection: Implement an IP tracking system to redirect users to the appropriate store based on their location.
Product Display: Show product prices in both local currency and points.
Spending Limits: Set an annual spending limit of 250,000 pesos and 120 points per customer.
Backoffice Management: Provide solutions for sales administration and tracking.
Purchase Restrictions: Enforce spending and points limits, with no copayments allowed.
Payroll and Points Import: Facilitate the import of payroll data and associated points.
Stock Management and Cancellations: Implement features for stock management and order cancellations.
Data Export for SAP: Create a query to export daily consumption data for SAP integration.
Product and Promotion Management: Enable easy management of products, prices, and promotions by administrators.
Handling Damaged Products: Explore options for managing damaged products with the same SKU but different attributes or assign different SKUs if necessary.
Required Skills:
Proven experience developing and customizing Shopify stores.
Strong understanding of Shopify platform and ecosystem.
Proficiency in integrating payment gateways, especially MercadoPago.
Experience with IP tracking and user redirection based on location.
Ability to manage user accounts and implement spending limits.
Familiarity with backoffice sales administration and data export for SAP.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills for working with internal stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with exclusive or private online stores.
Familiarity with points-based payment systems.
Knowledge of managing product promotions and variations.
Experience in handling payroll data imports.
