Aamidor Consulting seeks to update its website to better reflect our firm’s expertise and areas of focus. We also seek to be more discrete about the services that we offer. Some feedback is that the web site currently has a “handyman” feel to it – rather than more explicitly identifying a core competency around acting as a fractional Chief Product Officer (CPO).

We seek to have a professional, clean, and somewhat bright look and feel, which will attract more traditional real estate professionals and more innovative and creative technologists too. While we don’t want it to be too blunt, we do want to be direct and concise. The core call-to-action should be to send an email to book a call or request help with a project, but we also seek to have secondary pages that will reinforce our expertise and get web site visitors to get closer to such an action. We also would like to develop secondary CTAs on each page.

As for more detail on our business: our consulting area of expertise is a niche within commercial building real estate operations, focusing on technology, decarbonization, digitization, and the deployment and development of software-as-a-service and internet of things solutions.

Our projects typically cover product management and product marketing tasks, hence the focus on “fractional head of product” services. This can include strategic tasks such as competitive analysis, market sizing, voice of customer research, pricing / packaging / positioning, and other activities that a head of product would manage or conduct.
