Position Overview:
As a Robomotion RPA Developer at Bow Tie Kreative, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using Robomotion. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to understand their automation needs, develop efficient RPA workflows, and ensure successful deployment and maintenance of these solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using Robomotion.
Analyze and understand business processes to identify automation opportunities.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
Develop and test automation workflows to ensure they meet business needs.
Maintain and troubleshoot RPA solutions to ensure optimal performance.
Provide training and support to end-users on RPA tools and solutions.
Document RPA processes, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
Continuously monitor and improve existing RPA solutions for better efficiency and effectiveness.
Stay up-to-date with the latest RPA trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience as an RPA Developer, preferably with Robomotion.
Strong knowledge of RPA technologies and tools.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
Experience with process analysis, design, and implementation.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
Preferred Skills:

Skills in Robomotion RPA development.
Experience with other RPA tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
Familiarity with machine learning and artificial intelligence concepts.

Hourly Range: $6.00-$20.00
