We have an onboarding training course for our employees and I’d like to periodically send them questionnaires/quizes about our policies to keep them sharp.

Are you able to create google forms that match our branding, have multiple choice questions, educate them on incorrect answers, and record/report the data? Can you also start your application with the word sponge so I can tell you’ve read the brief?

Are you also able to update our current onboarding forms to match our branding and keep all of the onboarding information, quiz results, and training information in one please?

As part of your application, please send me a sample of something similar you’ve completed in the past, and a price estimate for 10 forms each with 10 questions, that report the responses back to me.
