Project Scope:
• This project entails a comprehensive assessment and enhancement of ADA compliance for 2 US-based websites. The project will include an assessment, a detailed remediation plan and an SOP for teams to follow going forward.

Project Details:
• Conduct a comprehensive audit of the website to assess its current level of ADA compliance against WCAG 2.1 standards
• Identify areas of non-compliance and prioritize them based on severity and impact
• Document all findings, recommendations, and action plans in a comprehensive report
• Include detailed instructions and resources for implementing recommended changes
• Provide a detailed project timeline outlining key milestones and deliverables
• Coordinate with internal teams responsible for implementing recommended changes
• Offer ongoing support and guidance during the implementation phase to ensure all recommendations are effectively executed
• Provide recommendations and guidance for ongoing ADA compliance monitoring and maintenance strategies in the form of an SOP (including front-end, design and technical website features)
• Provide training for website administrators and content creators on ADA compliance best practices
• Conduct follow-up assessments to measure improvements in ADA compliance

Project Deliverables:
• Initial assessment report including all findings
• Project plan including recommendations, department ownership/responsibility, timeline
• Detailed instructions for how to remediate each item
• Staff training for ongoing ADA compliance monitoring and maintenance strategies
• SOP for ongoing ADA compliance monitoring and maintenance strategies
• Follow-up assessment report after all recommended changes have been implemented
