I’m seeking an intermediate or experience full stack developer to develop ITSM (IT Service Management) modules, and integrate them into a SaaS boilerplate (OpenSaaS). This project involves building a robust foundation that incorporates advanced AI features and essential ITSM functionalities for a SaaS MVP.

Project Overview:
Develop a scalable, modular ITSM platform inside OpenSaaS which includes:

Ticket Management System
Self-Service Portal
Asset Management
AI-Powered Knowledge Base
Screen Sharing and Video Conferencing capabilities
AI Copilot (Azure AI Chatbot, RAG, Google Gemini etc.)

Key Features to Implement:

– AI Copilot for report generation, ticket creation, and technical support (OpenCopilot – Open Source module)
– AI-driven content enhancement for grammar and clarity
– Intuitive user interfaces for all modules
– RESTful API architecture
– Database design and implementation

Technical Requirements:

Frontend: React.js (with hooks and context API)
Stripe API
Backend: Node.js with Express.js
Database: MongoDB
State Management: Redux or Context API
API: RESTful with potential for GraphQL implementation
Authentication: JWT
Cloud Services: AWS or Azure (for scalability)
Version Control: Git

AI Autopilot Integration:

– Integrate the provided Open Source React-based AI Autopilot into the platform
– Ensure seamless communication between the Autopilot and other system components
– Implement necessary backend support for the Autopilot’s functionalities

Additional Requirements:

– Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
– Implement unit tests and integration tests
– Provide a comprehensive README and documentation for future development
– Regular communication and progress updates

Deliverables:

– Complete source code for the ITSM SaaS boilerplate
– Documentation including setup instructions, API documentation, and architecture overview
– Docker configuration for easy deployment
– Demo of the working boilerplate with all integrated features

We will rely on your expertise to provide a realistic timeframe for this task.
