This project is to create a new site based on the existing content at https://plastometrex.com/ and to include some new page designs, taken from Figma, as well as some new functionality such as site-wide search. In effect, this is a site migration with some enhancements. The Plastometrex marketing team have manually migrated some of the content into Collecions in our new Webflow account and the onus will be on us (the client) to migrate the remaining content.
Goals of the project are to increase organic traffic and visitor engagement and improve agility.
At this stage, a Webflow Business site plan and Workspace has been set up as well as some pages and listing pages based on collections set up and populated. However, we need an experienced Webflow designer/developer to take the project forward and deliver us a fully functional and resilient site with a high-quality design which we can then maintain.
The following requirements document is fairly prescriptive, however we are generally open to different approaches to the project, design and to the specific elements/functions described.
In addition to this project, it is likely that we will have known follow-up projects such as phase 2 requirements (including e-commerce) and a sizeable Knowledge Base site to build for which we are currently pulling together a large amount of content and the project requirements. Plastometrex has 30 employees and as a small company we are using Upwork to find talent that can provide a solid service without the cost associated with using a fully-fledged web development agency.
