I run a startup that specializes in managing government affairs for other companies, serving as their government relations department. We help companies, including outsourcing companies, handle their government interactions, ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and requirements, and prevent violations.

We collect comprehensive government data for our business clients, including information on business registrations, government licenses and certificates, employee details, social insurance, visa statuses, employment contracts, job titles and more. This data is stored in our databases to enable effective management of their government affairs. It is crucial that our databases remain up-to-date and reflect the information available on government platforms (13 different government platforms and more than 40 data units), which poses a major challenge.

If our data is not up to date, it could severely hamper our operations and disrupt our services. To address this issue, we are developing a robotic process automation (RPA) tool that can automatically access government platforms, extract relevant data, compare it to our databases, and ensure data accuracy. However, these government websites have RPA detection tools and algorithms that can block IP addresses, making this task more complicated.

We are looking for an expert in this field to provide us with advice so that we can fully understand the idea, understand its limits and dimensions, the expected costs and obstacles that we may face, and then make the decision to move forward with this matter.
