* Description:

We are looking for an experienced agency to develop a user-friendly mobile app and website focused on enhancing the guest experience within our hotel.
The project entails creating intuitive interfaces and implementing features that streamline guest operations and interactions,
such as booking rooms, accessing amenities, providing feedback, and accessing essential services.

* Responsibilities:

– Collaborate with our team to understand guest requirements, business objectives, and desired user experiences.
– Design and develop a mobile app for iOS and Android platforms, as well as a responsive website, tailored to guest operations and preferences.
– Implement features including room booking, check-in/check-out processes, payments, concierge services, amenities information, and guest feedback mechanisms.
– Ensure seamless integration between the mobile app and website, providing consistent experiences across different devices.
– Conduct thorough testing and optimization to deliver a reliable, high-performance solution that meets our quality standards.
– Provide ongoing support, updates, and maintenance to address any issues or enhancements post-launch.

* Requirements:

– Demonstrated expertise in developing mobile apps and websites for the hospitality industry, focusing on guest operations and experiences.
– Proficiency in mobile app development for iOS and Android using cross-platform frameworks (e.g.,React Native, Flutter).
– Strong knowledge of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
– Experience implementing features such as booking systems, payment gateways, push notifications, and user feedback mechanisms.
– Understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles to create intuitive, visually appealing interfaces.
