Existing Websites: SociallyRecruited.com (Webflow), soccialy.com (WordPress) These are the current two websites we have. The goal of this project is to combine these two into one unified business. I’ve mentioned the websites so you can have a bit of background as to what we are about. Some content from our old website on WordPress need to be migrated to the new Webflow website. The new site will have about 15 unique Webflow pages. Please apply to get more information.
Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with our UX/UI Designer to translate high fidelity designs from Figma into high-quality Webflow code.
– Develop a fully responsive, custom Webflow website based on Figma designs.
– Implement a modular component system in Webflow that allows for easy maintenance and updates by our Marketing team.
– Set up a user-friendly CMS that allows the internal team to manage content effectively for dynamic pages such as blogs, team bios, case studies, etc.
– Ensure best practices in SEO are implemented, including image optimisation, alt text, heading hierarchies, and metadata.
– Integrate marketing analytics and tracking codes with necessary compliance measures for user opt-ins.
– Implement and configure a cookie consent system according to legal guidelines.
– Facilitate CRM integration (HubSpot) with all forms on the website to streamline customer / prospect data collection and management.
– Conduct thorough QA testing across various browsers and devices to ensure functionality and responsiveness.
– Manage DNS records updates and oversee the website launch process to ensure a smooth transition.
Skills and Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a Webflow developer with a strong portfolio of live projects.
– Deep understanding of responsive web design and front-end development technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
– Experience with Figma and translating design files into functional web elements.
– Knowledge of SEO principles and the ability to implement these in Webflow.
– Experience with CRM integration and setting up complex form functionalities in Webflow.
– Ability to work closely with UX designers and marketing teams to ensure the website meets strategic marketing objectives.
– Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly to new web design and application trends.

– An intuitive CMS setup for dynamic content management.
– SEO optimised site structure.
– Integrated marketing analytics and CRM functionalities.
