We are currently seeking a highly skilled Salesforce developer with extensive expertise in APEX and Flow development to join our dynamic team. As a Salesforce APEX and Flow Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining custom code solutions using APEX and building automation processes using Flow.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining custom functionalities within the Salesforce platform. This includes integrating third-party applications, optimizing existing Salesforce configurations, and ensuring the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our Salesforce system.

The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of Salesforce best practices and have a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. You should be comfortable working independently or collaboratively within a team, as you will be working closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and design innovative solutions.

Key responsibilities:

– Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
– Design and implement custom code solutions using APEX to meet business needs
– Develop and maintain automation processes using Flow to streamline business operations
– Integrate third-party applications seamlessly into the Salesforce platform
– Optimize existing Salesforce configurations to enhance performance and user experience
– Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the quality and stability of implemented solutions
– Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues
– Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices
– Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and contribute to the continuous improvement of our Salesforce ecosystem

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
– Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce developer, with a focus on APEX and Flow development
– Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model
– Proficiency in designing and implementing custom code solutions using APEX
– Experience building automation processes using Flow
– Familiarity with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Lightning Experience
– Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
– Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
– Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team or independently
