We are looking to build a new Shopify site from scratch. We have unbounce landing pages. We wish to implement the following:

* Self service registration and login, including social signin
* CMS to manage web page content
* Intake questionnaire (details about the patient like medical history, age, weight, height, etc)
* Click through contract agreement and review
* Stripe integration for payment processing – sets up an initial subscription for medical services
* Reset password
* Intercom integration for support chat
* Shopify backend for internal admins: user management (reset passwords, charge customer for additional medication subscriptions)
* Experiment and adjust Shopify templates until we find one that is to our liking.

Hourly Range: $22.00-$44.00
