We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, a user-centered mindset, and the ability to turn complex requirements into intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with our product and development teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
Develop high-fidelity prototypes for new features and improvements.
Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to optimize existing user interfaces.
Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and overall design standards.
Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time capacity.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
Previous experience with usability testing and A/B testing.

Hourly Range: $5.00-$15.00
